Challenge:

To provide new mothers with a comprehensive range of health information presented in a straightforward, easily accessible manner

The JMH Solution:

In creating this first book, JMH used a threefold approach by providing information relevant to new mothers, their newborn babies, and their homes. The book addresses the special needs of babies, whose immune systems are not fully developed and who have not yet developed personal hygiene skills. It offers information and tips for mothers on how to care for their children, while also taking care of themselves. An emphasis is placed on a "Healthy Home," including cleanliness and food safety. Additional resources are provided so that mothers can continue to educate themselves on how best to keep their babies, themselves, and their homes happy and healthy.
